Your Path to God’s Grace
Through his teachings, Jesus provided directions on how to live effectively. Probably the most powerful summary of these is provided in the Gospel of Matthew and is known as the Sermon on the Mount.
These passages open with the Beatitudes which are 9 verses, each of which begins with “Blessed are.” The Beatitudes are among the best-known and least understood sections of the Bible. They are the repository of great wisdom, but only when understood metaphysically, not literally.
