Gratitude and Uplifting Gratitude
“I will give thanks to you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.” – Psalm 9:1.
“Rest and be thankful.”
“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more.”
“Strive to find things to be thankful for, and just look for the good in who you are.”
“Thank you is the best prayer that anyone could say.”
Numerous scientific studies have found that having a grateful outlook, “counting one’s blessings” and expressing gratitude to others can have positive effects on our emotional health and overall well being. Gratitude heals, energizes and changes lives. It is the prism through which we view life in terms of gifts, givers, goodness and grace.
Join us this Sunday with Rev Martha Creek sharing inspiration that will reinforce our cultivation of living a life of gratitude.
