Memorial Day is a significant occasion to honor the sacrifices of those who have served, selflessly and wholeheartedly in what they believed. What “service” can you reflect on and the ways you have served? How have you been served?
Gratitude extends and uplifts all the ways we give and receive from source, divine and human expressions. The ways of divine creation and divine order are mysterious and myriad in form, however, always and all ways in the evolution of our soul. As we reflect, offer gratitude and remember, we create and uplift hope and healing for all of humanity.
In Unity we have a sense of shared responsibility. We are encouraged to find ways to serve and support one another and our spiritual community. In our times of prayer, meditation and contemplation we further dedicate our lives and way of being toward an ever expanding legacy of service. Memorial Day and every day is our invitation to embody our spiritual teachings and find meaningful ways to give back, make a difference and create the new world ways.
