Gratitude: A Spiritual Practice
We don’t have to wait until Thanksgiving Day. Taking time each day to give thanks is uplifting and increases our own connection to our Spiritual Selves and to the world around us. Gratitude not only makes us feels good, it has proven to aid in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. It’s easy to be grateful when things are going well. Our real opportunity arises when we look for and find what we are grateful for in the midst of a challenge. We’ll be talking about this on Sunday, when Rev Anita shares about Gratitude as a Spiritual Practice.
