Living With Regrets
What regrets do you have? What’s the weight of the regrets? What would it be like to have regrets and regrets not have you?
Holding onto regret is like dragging the weight of the past with us everywhere we go. It drains our energy, and leaves us less available for life in the present because we are constantly referring to what might have been, could have been, should have been. I cannot let my regret of what I didn’t do stop me from taken defined action now. I will not let the heaviness of my heart be in vain for what I have any power to change.
Announcements
At the end of the Services, on Sundays, the Zoom audio and video will be opened up to all who would like to connect with one another. As we do, it can feel a lot like when we interact in the Lobby after a Service. Know that, for those who choose, you can merely observe and not be seen or heard. Please join the email list to receive information about the Zoom after service “Coffee Hour.”
We hope you will join us online this Sunday at 10:00 a.m. (Zoom will be used after the main service on Sundays, for a time to connect and have a virtual “Coffee Hour.”)
