Points to Remember Sunday August 23, 2020: The Life Within You Is …
AFFIRMATIONS TO HOLD AND EMBODY:
The Life within ME is the Life of God, and this Life is Truth, Beauty, Harmony, and Wholeness.
The Mind within ME is the Mind of God, and this Christ Mind is the governing Principle of MY Life.
The Power within ME is the Power of God, and this Power is your Divine Authority to create.
Unity Principle Five: It’ is not enough to know the Truth; we must Live the Truth we Know. We must EMBODY the Truth.
To embody something means to fully and completely integrate it into our consciousness, into the totality of our beingness, which is made up of eight elements: Thoughts, Feelings, Beliefs, Attitudes, Values, Words, Actions, and Reactions.
Charles Fillmore “Talks on Truth,” p. 72 will clarify: “There is within every man such a place – the “secret place of the Most High.” When man finds this place & accepts its privileges as his, he is let into the realm of pure metaphysics, where Mind alone with all its transcendent powers holds free, untrammeled sway. This is the point in every man where God joins hands with him and where the Word of God finds entrance into his consciousness. It is here that man understands what it is to be inspired by the Spirit to say & do things extraordinary in the sight of the world.”
Charles Fillmore “Atom Smashing Power of the Mind,” p. 93 “The ideas of God are potential forces waiting to be set in motion through proper formative vehicles. The thinking faculty in man is such a vehicle, & it is through this that the visible universe has existence. Man does not ‘create’ anything if by this term is meant the producing of something from nothing…. rather it is thru his conscious co-operation that the One Mind forms Its universe. Hence the importance of man’s willing co-operation w/God in every thought, because unless he is very WISE in his thinking, he may be sending forth malformations that will cause both himself & the universe trouble.”
Charles Fillmore in “Revealing Word,” p. 54 “The ‘devil’ is a state of consciousness adverse to the divine good. There is no personal devil. God is the one omnipresent Principle of the universe, and there is no room for any principle of evil, personified or otherwise. . . The devils we encounter are fear, anger, jealousy, and other similar negative traits, and they are in ourselves. Christ gives us the power to cast out these devils, thereby cleansing our consciousness.”

At the end of the Services, on both Wednesdays and Sundays, the Zoom audio and video will be opened up to all who would like to connect with one another. As we do, it can feel a lot like when we interact in the Lobby after a Service. Know that, for those who choose, you can merely observe and not be seen or heard. We hope you will join us online this Sunday at 10:00 a.m. (Zoom will be used after the main service on Sundays, for a time to connect and have a virtual “Coffee Hour.”)

In addition to the Sunday Service online, a 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays we will rotate between a Guided Meditation | Virtual Prayer Circle and a Spiritual Variety Program of events.
Join us any Wednesday evening for a program of a variety of events, or guided meditation and other events.
Wednesday evenings are a wonderful opportunity to connect with one another while enjoying a variety of events.
Please join us weekly at 7:00 p.m. Instructions on how to access this virtual meeting will be communicated by email to the subscribers of the church email distribution list each Monday morning.
