Choosing Devotional Deepening
Palm Sunday
The world today is filled with rapid changes, uncertainty, and fear. Yet Jesus teaches us to cultivate inner peace. Palm Sunday represents the paradox of strength in humility. Jesus entered Jerusalem not on a warhorse, but on a donkey—a symbol of peace. In our modern, fast-paced, and challenging world, this act invites us to ask: How do we embody Jesus’ peaceful presence amidst chaos?
Myrtle Fillmore, co-founder of Unity, said, “There is no such thing as a problem without a gift for you in its hands. You seek problems because you need their gifts.” We are called to release anxious thoughts and trust in divine wisdom.
Charles Fillmore wrote, “The true church is not made of creeds and forms, nor is it contained within walls of wood and stone. The heart of humanity is its temple, and the Spirit of Truth is the one guide into all Truth.” True power comes not from dominance but from surrendering to divine guidance.
