Advent – Peace from the Heart
In this season of Advent, as we prepare our hearts and minds for the alignment of Christ consciousness, we are invited to reflect on the profound gift of peace. Peace is more than the absence of conflict—it is a state of wholeness, harmony, and alignment with the Divine. It is a gift we give to ourselves and one another, a bridge between our inner world and the world around us.
Today, we explore the attributes of peace: peace in our hearts, peace in our souls, peace in our relationships, and peace as a gift we offer to the world. Drawing from the teachings of Unity and the wisdom of spiritual leaders, we will discover how to embody peace and share it abundantly.
“Peace begins with a smile.” — Mother Teresa
Philippians 4:6-7 offers this assurance:
“The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
